Massbed.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm (EST).

Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

1. Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process.

Once packed, the order cannot be canceled.

2. What if the Massage Bed is damaged in transit?

We are sorry you did not receive the Massage Bed products intact( such as paint loss, breakage, etc.). please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.

3. How long are returns valid for?

Our returns are valid until 45 natural days after the Massage Bed products arrives.

If you have received the Massage Bed products for more than 45 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return.

4. About back goods freight and re-listing fees

– If a return is requested due to a product quality issue with Massage Bed (such as paint loss, breakage, etc.), shipping costs will be the responsibility of Massbed.com.

– If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like,do not want, etc.), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We do not charge re-listing fees.

5. Return Process

To return or exchange the Massage Bed product, please contact us at [email protected] within 45 natural days of receiving the Massage Bed, we will prioritize your order.

Returns of Massage Bed products are subject to the following conditions.

(1) Returns of Massage Bed products should be made within 45 natural days.

(2) Massage Bed products purchased from Massbed.com.

(3) The Massage Bed should be in new condition.

(4) Massage Bed products have non-human caused quality problems (such as paint loss, breakage, etc.) during use.

Please send the Massage Bed product in its original packaging to 359 Navarre Dr, Stone Mountain, Georgia.

After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.

– Name of courier company

– Tracking number

6. Refund amount

Once the returned Massage Bed arrives at Massbed.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
